Love Languages...

What is your love language?

The concept of love languages has been around for many years, but if you need a refresher, they describe how you give and receive love:

Words of Affirmation

Acts of Service

Receiving Gifts

Quality Time

Physical Touch

If you are unsure of yours, think about what makes you feel the most appreciated or on the flip side, what makes you feel unloved if it is missing. You can also take this online quiz by clicking here.

Knowing the love language of others can be helpful for any type of relationship, not just your partner - siblings, children, friends, parents. And the interesting thing is that people in a relationship may have different love languages, so what makes you feel loved may not be the same for your partner.

My love language is definitely words of affirmation followed closely by acts of service.
