I’ve heard it defined that a professional artist is someone who has had training and/or received payment for producing the artwork.   Well, I suppose both apply to me in some aspect or another.  I have sold paintings. I also took college level photography classes.  I have had photos published in a national magazine, product catalogs, and local publications.  I have had writings published in local publications and I have taken photos for years.

 

However, I still do not like to be called a Professional. I am just me. Doing what I love. I love to paint, take photos and write. These are the ways in which I express myself.

Today I am adding a new category. Paintings.  I love to paint. It is a full on representation of my feelings.  I paint abstractly with oils.  I hope you enjoy it.  If you do not, it's ok, you can keep that to yourself…  But if you do like my style and are interested in a commission piece, shoot me a message!
