UPGRADED INSTANT RAMEN
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Tbsp cooking oil of choice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion
2 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 packages instant ramen (Do not discard seasoning)
1 handful fresh spinach
2 large eggs - soft boiled
1/4 orange pepper, sliced
1 large chicken breast, cooked and cubed

INSTRUCTIONS

Soft boil your eggs. (Boil water, add eggs, continue to boil for 7 minutes, remove from heat. Cool, peel and cut in half)

Add the oil, garlic, and onion to a sauce pot and sauté over medium for about one minute.

Stir in spinach until wilted

In a measuring cup, stir ramen flavor packets and chicken bouillon cube into HOT water.

Add the seasoned water to the pan (the bouillon cube may not be completely dissolved), and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the uncooked ramen noodles. Boil for about 3 minutes, or just until they are tender. Do not overcook the noodles.

Transfer the soup to bowls

Top with orange pepper, boiled egg and cubed chicken.
