SUPER EASY, EXTRA CHEESY POTATO SOUP
Ingredients

1 8 oz package Cream Cheese

1 32 oz package frozen hash browns(shredded or diced)

1 32 ox box chicken broth

1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup

1 8 oz tub Sour Cream

1 bag shredded cheese - 4 cups (I use Kroger brand Mexican style blend but you can do cheddar or Colby jack)

Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning

Bacon bits (I use pre-cooked bacon, heated until crunchy and roughly chopped)

Instructions

In Crock Pot, combine all ingredients down to shredded cheese.

Sprinkle Mrs. Dash to taste, I cover the entire top layer inside the crock pot.

Heat on low for 6 hours. Stir Well.

Serve with bacon bits and chives.
