SUPER EASY, EXTRA CHEESY POTATO SOUP

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package Cream Cheese

  • 1 32 oz package frozen hash browns(shredded or diced)

  • 1 32 ox box chicken broth

  • 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 8 oz tub Sour Cream

  • 1 bag shredded cheese - 4 cups (I use Kroger brand Mexican style blend but you can do cheddar or Colby jack)

  • Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning

  • Bacon bits (I use pre-cooked bacon, heated until crunchy and roughly chopped)

  • chives

 

Instructions

 

  • In Crock Pot, combine all ingredients down to shredded cheese.

  • Sprinkle Mrs. Dash to taste, I cover the entire top layer inside the crock pot.

  • Heat on low for 6 hours. Stir Well.

  • Serve with bacon bits and chives.

  • Enjoy!
